Due to capacity problems, the city of Sankt Augustin intends to construct a temporary modular building in steel construction with two OGS rooms and a vestibule at the site. The single-storey container system is to be offered for rent for 36 months, optionally as a new purchase.
Item enThe contract to be awarded is the turnkey, fully functional and ready-to-operate construction of a modular building as an interim solution based on a functional description of services with a preliminary design, with the contractor as the so-called general contractor not only with all execution servicesments, but also with all the necessary planning services, such as e.g. Preparation and submission of the building application is commissioned.
The offer sum of the functional tender should finally include the overall production of the container system for rent over 36 months with subsequent dismantling, remaindersrecycling and professional disposal by the contractor.
