Description: The aim of the measure is to make it possible, by granting investment grants, to tap into the underserved participants in the Wesermarsch district via an NGA network. A total of 2, 813 private subscribers and 37 mobile phone locations are to be connected. In addition, up to 27 addresses must be connected to the NGA network (option). The term “subscriber” in the sense of this contract notice corresponds to the term subscriber defined in section 5 of the Funding Support for Broadband Expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany dated October 22, 2015 in the version dated November 15, 2018. The respective private network operator is obliged to set up the broadband infrastructure, to put the NGA network into operation and to operate it for a minimum period of 7 years and to provide it with the corresponding services and offers at customary market conditions.
