Description: The aim of the measure is to make it possible, by granting investment grants, to tap into the underserved participants in the Wesermarsch district via an NGA network. A total of 227 participants in industrial areas are to be connected. The term “participant” in the sense of this contract notice corresponds to the term “participant” defined in section 5 of the Funding Support for Broadband Expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany dated October 22, 2015 in the version dated November 15, 2018 (“Federal Funding Directive”). The investment aid granted is only to be used to set up an NGA network. The respective private network operator is obliged to set up the broadband infrastructure, to put the NGA network into operation and to operate it for a minimum period of 7 years and to offer services and offers at standard market conditions ...
