The subject of this award procedure is planning and construction services for the modernization of lighting in several federal properties in the state of Brandenburg. The client intends to do so on the occasion of the legally stipulated expiry of the Fluorescent lamps T5 and T8 as of August 25, 2023 to gradually convert properties in your area of responsibility to LED lighting. A more detailed description of the properties and the buildings there can be found in the service description as well as the property profiles according to the tender documents for lots 1 to 3. The client entrusts the contractor with the renewal of the lighting by switching to LED lighting for all of the aforementioned properties in more detail In accordance with the service description and the provisions of the contract. The contractor owes a complete, functional, technically defect-free and needs-based production that meets the requirements of the respective user LED lighting systems in the respective properties and buildings. The services required for this and owed by the contractor include in particular: - the inventory / basic investigation - Development and presentation of a work and Assembly planning - the dismantling of the existing lights - testing the existing circuits for reusability - If necessary, the adjustment of the sub-distribution, including any planning services required for this - the delivery and Assembly of the lights - the planning and construction of an integrated lighting management system with presence detection and daylight-dependent control - the commissioning and instruction of the system manager/user - the implementation of metrological measurements Evidence - as well as the necessary additional services.
