Sir / Madam
1- The Government of the Togolese Republic has obtained funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) and the DUE to cover the cost of the Program for the improvement of drinking water supply in the various towns of Togo Phase II, and intends to allocate part of the financing to payments relating to the Contract for which this Calls Package Offers has been drawn up.
2- The Urban and Semi-Urban Water and Sanitation Heritage Company (SP-EAU) solicits closed bids from bidders to carry out the

pipeline works .
3- Eligible and interested Bidders can obtain information from

the Urban and Semi-Urban Water and Sanitation Heritage Company (SP-EAU)

to 12:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. UT and read the Tender documents from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. UT
4- Interested Bidders can obtain the complete Invitation to Tender Documents at the address mentioned above against a non-refundable payment of 100, 000 F CFA.

of the French Development Agency.
6- Offers must be submitted to the above address no later than

November 17, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee issued by a local bank or a foreign bank with a correspondent in Togo in the amount of 60, 000, 000 CFA francs. This guarantee will remain valid twenty-eight (28) days after the period of validity of the offers.
