Pinneberg police, implementation concept for structural restructuring of the property, property planning for outdoor areas Property planning for outdoor facilities (fee zone III) service phases 1-8 in accordance with Section 39 HOAI in Building Information Modeling and special services Through the country Schleswig-Holstein is planning to restructure the entire property of the police station in Pinneberg. The restructuring primarily includes the following partial construction measures: •TB Ia- new construction of a parking pallet •TB Ib- new construction of BTM and evidence storage •TB II - New extension building with connection to the existing building •TB III - Renovation of the existing building •TB IV - Infrastructure measures civil engineering / outdoor facilities •Sub-measure A - Dismantling of the existing garage structure including gas station •Sub-measure B - dismantling existing ones Garage structure including dog kennel •Sub-measure C - Comprehensive, phase-by-section infrastructure measures for civil engineering / outdoor facilities related to the reorganization of the property +++ Services of the outdoor facilities are in TB IV infrastructure measures assigned, which take place before, in parallel and after the individual partial construction measures as part of the construction phase-by-section implementation. This goes hand in hand with the construction phase-by-section consideration of the BE planning, property access roads, fire brigade access routes, Access points, fire brigade installation areas, escape route situations and dealing with the trees; which must be specifically assessed for each sub-construction phase and coordinated closely with the responsible approval authorities...
