Pink House - new building youth center_OP Tender procedure for the provision of planning services for the new Pink Haus youth center. The planning services required for the project will be commissioned in stages. The commissioning takes place in 3 stages, whereby: The individual service phases are divided into levels as follows: Stage 1: Service phases 1 - 3 (basic determination, preliminary planning and draft planning); Stage 2: Service phase 4 -5 (approval planning, implementation planning); Stage 3: Performance phase 6 - 8 (Preparation of the award, participation in the award, object monitoring, construction supervision and documentation). Stage 1 is awarded the contract. There is no entitlement to further level assignments. The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg intends to build a new youth center in the Hamburg-Bergedorf district. The existing old building on the property is to be completely dismantled and replaced by a modern, sustainable new building. The aim is to create a sustainable, identity-forming place for children and young people in the district. The planned new building has a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 1, 400 m².
