Tender Details

The subject of the Public Contract is the acquisition and implementation of a new complex pharmacy information system in the client's environment and further ensuring its operational support (maintenance, update, upgrade and SLA, etc.), ad hoc development of the system according to the client's requirements incl. the development of an exit plan and the migration of data from the existing system operated by the contracting authority throughout the life cycle of the information system (hereinafter also referred to as "LIS"). The estimated lifetime of the information system is 15 years, i.e. the time during which the contracting authority expects to operate the information system - however, the contract with the selected supplier will be concluded for an indefinite period. The LIS must be made in accordance with: i. Annex No. 1 of the Terms and Conditions - Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Specification"); ii. Attachment No. 2 Terms and Conditions - Draft contract (hereinafter referred to as "Draft Contract"); iii. requirements for the integration of information systems currently operated by the contracting authority, the list of which is given in the Technical Specification and iv. by all relevant legal regulations, of which authority and scope falls on the performance of Public Contracts, in particular Act No. 372/2011 Coll., the Act on Health Services and the Conditions of Their Provision, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Health Services Act"), Act No. 48/1997 Coll., on Public health insurance, as amended, Act No. 325/2021 Coll., on the electronicization of healthcare, as amended, Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, as amended...
