Operational support of technologies for securing the perimeter of the MHMP network The subject of the awarded public contract ("public contract") is to provide the necessary operational support for security technologies that ensure the protection of the perimeter of the MHMP network. It is about provision of services according to the following Catalog Sheets ("KL"): • Catalog sheet 01 - Helpdesk and Servicedesk services •Catalogue sheet 02 - Incident resolution •Catalogue Sheet 03 - Problem Management • Catalog sheet 04 - Performing service interventions • Catalog sheet 05 - Consultation • Catalog sheet 06 - Monitoring and supervision service • Catalog sheet 07 - Safety maintenance • Catalog sheet 08 - Documentation management These Catalog Sheets will be provided for individual technologies, based on the activation of the Technology Sheet ("TL") for that unit.
