Tenders are invited for Performance of Cameroon Postal Services (Campost) Fixed Assets Inventory Work for the 2023 Financial Year Funding: Budget campost, Fiscal Year 2023

The candidate selected at the end of this Restricted Invitation to Tender undertakes to carry out the following tasks:
Physically and exhaustively count the fixed assets of CAMPOST, locate them geographically and indicate their degree of obsolescence and use ;
Mention the condition of each fixed asset at the time of the physical inventory (in operation, to be reformed or to be scrapped);
Stamp the various fixed assets using personalized CAMPOST barcode labels (anodized aluminum labels for exposed equipment/ultra-resistant polypropylene labels for other fixed assets);
List the fixed assets acquired within the framework of the EPOST project;
Valuing, according to an expert and using existing documentation, the fixed assets acquired within the framework of the EPOST project;
Overhaul the fixed assets file;
Calculate the amortization to date of all fixed assets, including those from the EPOST project;
Propose accounting adjustment entries so that it complies with the fixed assets file;
Reconcile the inventory data with those of the fixed assets file so that there is no pre-existing discrepancy;
Develop templates for holder, commissioning and disposal of fixed assets;
Provide software for automating physical inventories of fixed assets;
Train staff in the use of fixed asset physical inventory automation software;
Integrate all inventory data into the pre-existing fixed assets management software and assist CAMPOST in its configuration for automatic updates of the fixed assets file.

The Restricted Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Market Management Unit of Cameroon Postal Services (CAMPOST), located on the 3rd floor (door 317) of the headquarters building Boulevard du 20 Mai, Tel: (237) 222 50 7263, upon publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of two hundred thousand (200, 000) CFA francs, payable to the special allocation account for contracts n°335 988 0000 189 of the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP) open to BICEC, in the agencies of all the regional capitals and those of the cities of Limbé and Dschang.

Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond drawn up by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose name appears in document 12 of the DAO, in the amount of six million seventy- eight thousand nine hundred (6, 078, 900) CFA francs CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the offers.
