Patient multimedia for RKH Health Providing a patient multimedia solution platform for RKH Gesundheit The subject of the award of the contract and the resulting contracts between RKH Regionale Kliniken Holding and Services GmbH (client - AG) and the contractor (AN) includes the following tasks: - Provision of a patient multimedia solution platform in the form of a hybrid variant with central solution components/services from the cloud, with complementary local ones installed components in the relevant locations of the client. - Equipping all bed spaces in the PKV areas at 6 locations of the AG - In addition to a standard range of entertainment media during the stay, the solution platform must have additional ones provide defined services, with specific clinical and organizational information and communication services. - An open solution architecture and the use of standardized interfaces must help to facilitate third-party applications (e.g. Service calls, menu entry, etc.) can be included and integrated into the overall solution concept.
