Passenger transport services in the Kitzingen district area The Kitzingen district intends to be the responsible authority in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2007 on public passenger transport services (VO 1370/2007) to issue a public service contract (ÖDA) for public passenger transport services in its area. The subject of the intended ÖDA is all current and future public transport services Line bundle 5. At the start of operations (see section 5.1.3) these are the transport services on the following lines: • Line 312: Kitzingen - Marktbreit - Ochsenfurt • Line 313: Marktbreit ring service • Line 324: Kitzingen - Sulzfeld - Marktbreit The The intended award affects the entire service area covered by the line bundle. The ÖDA refers to public transport services within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG, regardless of the specific form of operation (in particular Regular service within the meaning of §§ 42, 43 PBefG and flexible forms of service within the meaning of § 44 PBefG). The operator will be granted an exclusive right within the limits of Section 8a Paragraph 8 PBefG. The ÖDA will contain regulations according to which the transport offer within the framework specified in the ÖDA, to changing transport needs and to the local transport plan in its current version as well as to other changed circumstances (such as technical developments, concerns...
