Passenger transport services in regular bus services in the “Bitz-Winterlingen” line bundle The Zollernalbkreis intends to award a public service contract (ÖDA) for bus services in the “Bitz-Winterlingen” line bundle. with lines 350, 355 and 360 starting operations on August 1st, 2028 and running until July 31st, 2038. The ÖDA refers to public transport services within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG, regardless of the specific form of operation (in particular scheduled services within the meaning of §§ 42 PBefG and flexible forms of operation, if necessary also within the meaning of § 44 PBefG in conjunction with § 2 Para. 1 No. 3 PBefG). The operator will be granted an exclusive right within the limits of Section 8a Paragraph 8 PBefG.
