Passenger transport with buses according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus route 832 Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 832: Olching (S) - Gröbenzell (S) - Puchheim (S) Nord The Fürstenfeldbruck district as the responsible body, represented by the Munich-based company Verkehrs und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees and subject to a funding commitment or funding granted for the procurement of emission-free buses, to provide the transport services of the MVV regional bus line 832 with effect from December 9th, 2029 to December 10th, 2039 in the open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)). Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 832: Olching (S) - Gröbenzell (S) - Puchheim (S) North. The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. Reference is made to Article 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007.
