Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus route 366 Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 366: Gmund [R] - Marienstein - Waakirchen - Warngau - Holzkirchen (S) [R] The Miesbach district as the responsible body, represented by the Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to distribute the transport services of the MVV regional bus line 366 across Europe with effect from November 1st, 2027 to December 11th, 2032 in an open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV to be put out to tender (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)). - Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 366: Gmund [R] - Marienstein - Waakirchen - Warngau - Holzkirchen (S) [R] The use of sub-contractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. Reference is made to Article 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007.
