The works are intended to improve office space utilization, create additional offices and meeting facilities, and enhance the functionality of existing workspaces. The project shall be undertaken in two phases: Phase 1 includes boardroom conversion, canteen remodelling, first floor procurement office partitioning, and planning and programmes office reconfiguration. Phase 2 includes storeroom conversion, systems operations/IT office modifications, environment office modifications, and first floor boardroom conversion.
