The subject of this procedure is the planning services of the specialist planning of technical building equipment for the construction of a central equipment workshop with a fire brigade operations center and respiratory protection training course on the premises of the client "Alte Franzoesische Kaserne", the civil protection center of the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Pruem. The client is the Zweckverband Flugplatz Bitburg, which owns the site.
The equipment station is to be prepared by partially dismantling the existing hall structure (south-east corner) and adding a 2-storey new building at this point. TheThe Verbandsgemeinde of Bitburger Land has already had an object plan prepared for the measure up to the status of preliminary design planning - HOAI service phase 2. The planned division of the premises can be found in the planning documents attached.
