approx. 3200m² oak industrial parquet The building to be constructed will be constructed in accordance with the certification system of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in accordance with the criteria catalog for new buildings 2018 and the usage profile “New construction of educational buildings (NBI)" is planned and executed. Furthermore, QNG certification is sought for the building. The contractor is requested not to jeopardize the requirements for obtaining the DGNB silver certificate and ensuring the QNG requirements to provide his services accordingly. The evaluation system is applied during planning and construction. In this regard, cooperative collaboration and coordination between the contractor and everyone involved in the construction is essential.
