The Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH (hereinafter referred to as AG) intends to do so within the framework of this award procedure the procurement of the necessary services for the implementation, commissioning and operation of an innovative, ticketless Parking space management system for efficient, user-friendly and modern management Parking areas at the Merheim, Holweide and Riehl locations (Amsterdamer Straße), “Parking Space Digitization / Ticketless Free-Flow Parking”, including The construction work required for this (overall system). The aim is to simplify the parking process for visitors, patients and employees of the Cologne Clinics by using a system called “Parking Space Digitization / Ticketless Free Flow Parking”. at the same time increasing operational efficiency. The system in question is based on the automated capture of vehicle license plates using modern camera technology and completely dispenses with physical parking tickets. The input and Exit must be barrier-free, without barriers or manual interaction, which should ensure a smooth flow of traffic. Billing is carried out digitally based on the recorded parking duration. About the initial fixed term Beyond five years, the client has a two-time extension option. You can extend the term of the contract by one year, i.e. up to a maximum contract term of 7 years, by means of a unilateral written declaration.
