Expansion and renovation of the district hall in Ratzeburg. Extension as a new building with 4 full floors + staggered floor and approx. 6, 200m² GFA. Of which approx. 1, 000m² GFA underground car park. Solid construction made of reinforced concrete with a facing masonry facade. Window as wood-aluminum windows, PR facades as aluminum facades. Roofs as flat roofs with extensive greenery. Connection to the existing building in the underground car park area and as “bridges” on the 1st and 2nd floors. Complete renovation of the listed existing building from 1980 with 2 basement floors, 2-3 full floors + attic, approx. 21, 350m² GFA. Of which around 6, 000m² is underground parking. Solid construction made of reinforced concrete with a facing masonry facade. Windows and PR facades made of aluminum. Wooden roof truss as a hipped roof Brick roofing.
