Self-declarations The following self-declarations, which you will find in the tender documents, must be completed and signed with the offer and submitted: 1) VHB Bund 124 "Self-declaration of suitability" 2) VHB NRW 521 "Self-declaration of exclusion reasons 3) VHB NRW 522 "Self-declaration of the minimum wage law" 4) VHB NRW 523 EU self-declaration of sanctions package (Russia) - form (does not have to be signed) III. Review clause The city of Schwelm reserves the right in accordance with Section 132 Paragraph 2 No. 1 in conjunction with. 132 Para. 2 No. 4a GWB or in accordance with Section 132 Para. 2 No. 1 GWB accordingly reserves the right to offer the execution of the services to suitable bidders who have submitted an economically acceptable offer in the tender procedure, in the order of the tender results, if the contractor is permanently withdrawn due to termination or for another reason. In the case, If the tender winner is ultimately unable to perform due to termination, insolvency or any other reason before the service has been fully provided, the client reserves the right to submit the remaining work to the remaining bidders in the order of the tender result up to 5th place. The resulting additional costs must be borne by the previous contractor from the perspective of replacement work.
