General planning service renovation The subject of the proceedings are general planning services for the renovation of toilet facilities in several listed school buildings in the urban area of Esslingen am Neckar. The overall project P1 also includes one Remediation and dismantling measures based on harmful substances, which are not part of the general planner's scope of services. The planning of the pollutant remediation and the general planning services take place in parallel. For the renovation - understood as the reconstruction of the Toilet facilities after pollutant remediation has been completed and after dismantling - the functional procurement model “general planner+general contractor” (GP+GU) is used. The general planning services include the service profiles “Buildings and Interiors” and “Technical systems” as well as structural planning and building physics services. The services must be provided in an integrative manner and coordinated across disciplines. The general planner's scope of services includes the renovation of the school toilets Construction site equipment and media activation. The media activation and the construction site setup are not part of the general contractor's (GU) performance target. As part of the GP + GU model, the general planner basically takes over complete planning up to and including performance phase 3 (draft planning).
