Overall planning for the redesign of Kempten station square The city of Kempten (Allgäu) is planning to redesign the train station square in Kempten. The Kempten main train station with station square and parking lot is located in the south of the city of Kempten Middle ring and was with Parking spaces, bus stops and a taxi rank were connected to Kempten's city ring in the 1960s. The immediate forecourt area should now be made attractive, taking into account all functional and traffic requirements public urban space needs to be redesigned. The overall planning is commissioned directly after the negotiation process. Service phases 1 to 2 are initially commissioned. Service phases 3 to 9 are expected to continue commissioned gradually and, if necessary, to maintain ongoing operations in construction phases. There is no entitlement to commission all service phases. The commission also includes special services. Will be in the negotiation process Suggested solutions asked from the bidders. All bidders who submit a conditional offer and a conditional solution proposal but do not receive the order will receive compensation of €32, 500 for the solution proposal including VAT. The gross construction costs for the entire construction project in cost groups 100 to 700 are currently assumed to be around €9.0 million.
