Overall measurement system Complete measurement system for a rapid compression expansion machine for investigating flow and combustion processes using shadowgraphy, PIV, OH* chemiluminescence and Mie scattering The subject of this tender is the delivery, Installation, commissioning and handover of a complete optical measurement system for a test stand for examining the flow and combustion processes of a single-stroke machine. This single-stroke machine is on the scale of ship engines Injection and combustion process of a dual fuel engine with diesel pilot ignition. The fuels used include ammonia, methanol and diesel. The focus of the investigations is on examining the injection effects and the Ignition process. The system must enable measurements using the following methods: - Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), - Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV), - Shadowgraphy, - OH* chemiluminescence measurement, - Mie scattering. The aim of procurement is one Integrated, functional, synchronized, adaptive measuring system suitable for laboratory operation, with which the measurement methods mentioned can be carried out reproducibly, safely and with high measurement quality.
