Tender Details

The client is the owner of the property at Goethestrasse 16 in 33330 Gütersloh. This includes the existing operational, workshop and hall buildings of the municipal depot. The city of Gütersloh intends to create a holistic and sustainable Restructuring of the depot campus should be implemented taking into account the existing buildings, property boundaries and the inner-city location. To this end, a sustainable, functionally optimized depot concept needs to be developed, with the leading role being carried out the separately assigned contractor for the property planning of buildings and interiors. Existing buildings and new buildings must be linked. The subject of the services to be provided is not the complete implementation of the perspective concept, but only the first construction phase. In particular, several buildings must be demolished, as well as the construction of a new administration building and a cold hall, technical systems and temporary accommodation for those affected to plan with employees during the construction period and to support the implementation. The further planning and object monitoring services for the implementation of the remaining measures beyond the defined construction phase 1 will be carried out at a later date commissioned.
