Scope performance

Repair and revision of the wooden components (grinding, repairing, turning out damaged parts),

Renewal of the coating systems (inside and outside),

Mising milling of circumferential sealing profiles on the inner wings of the Kastenspopel window,

Exchange of the glazing of the Inner wings against thermal insulation glass,

Ensuring the gait and closing function of all revised windows,

Renewal of the outdoor paintings on existing ones Wood-insulating glass windows.

The work must be carried out taking into account the monument law requirements. Die Building height is approx. 18 m (eaves height). The gross base flavies are approx. 15, 000 m2 (3rd construction phase) and 12, 200 m2 (4th construction phase).
