Output management / KDF systems The two clients (Medizinisches Zentrum für Gesundheit Bad Lippspringe gGmbH - MZG Westfalen - and Karl-Hansen-Klinik GmbH) are part of the Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe gGmbH group. The Non-profit company operates clinics and institutes in the areas of rehabilitation, acute medicine, nursing, outpatient care, medical supplies as well as teaching and research. The shareholders are the city of Bad Lippspringe (94% of the shares) and the association for Funding of the MZG (6% of the shares). The MZG is responsible for carrying out the procedure. It is the sole contact person for applicants/bidders for all questions relating to the procurement process. The clients commission the advertised One-partner framework agreement requires the contractor to outsource the operation of the printers and multifunctional devices (document processing devices) to an external service provider: The document processing devices required by the clients are to be rented and operated on the basis of a full service agreement.
