Outdoor facilities - Schwaigweg 1 Construction description: The property was built on with a residential stable house that characterizes the townscape. The planned construction project consists of the demolition and the replacement of the parts of the building on area no. 47, as well as on fl. no. 47/1, including one under the Wooden construction underground car park with 12 parking spaces. The above-ground area has 3 floors in a similar outline to the existing building, as well as a gallery floor in the attic. The building is declared by the municipality of Ohlstadt as a community center and contains multiple uses: a generation meeting, rooms for events and clubs, the tourist information office, public toilets, a multifunctional room for the community, three apartments, and two commercial units with each gallery level. It is according to According to the Bavarian building regulations, it is assigned to building class 3. The new building will be constructed as a wooden structure with a wooden facade.
