Osnabrück District Hall / Comprehensive building renovation and modernization (1st BA) - Ventilation technology (VE 1, 430) For the Osnabrück district center, which was built at the beginning of the 1980s, it was determined that the building needed extensive renovation, which resulted from changes requirements for the building or changed legal framework conditions and regulations. The Osnabrück district is therefore planning a comprehensive renovation and modernization of its district headquarters. The implementation of this construction project is in four Construction is divided into phases and takes place at different times. The subject of this award procedure is the ventilation technology work required for the first construction phase. Implementation is expected to begin in April 2026.
