ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY IN Somalia

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing Technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. GIZ invites eligible Individuals/Firms to indicate their interest in consultancy services to conduct an organizational development exercise for the Somalia National Highways Authority – SNHA (currently being developed) under the Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction and Housing in Mogadishu Somalia. More specifically, the Individual/Firm will carry out the following services:

Draft the mandate, code of conduct and mission and vision of the SNHA
Develop comprehensive Human Resource structure and policies
Develop Financial Management, Administration, and Procurement policies and procedures
Organizational set up of a technical service, maintenance and planning department
Roll out and trainings on the above 1-4
Interested Individuals/Firms must provide verifiable proof of qualifications and experience on performing services of similar assignments of highly recognized standards. The Individual/Firm is requested to provide the following:

1. Technical and Financial Offers

2. Copies of certificate of incorporation / registration for local firms or equivalent for foreign firms operating in association with local firms on valid permits or licenses. Registration in Mogadishu is a mandatory requirement.

3. Copies of tax registration, recent tax compliance certificate for local firms and individuals.

4. Proof of capability to perform the services: Brochures, description of assignments and experience in similar projects, links to websites, publications or professional history.

5. CV’s of the respective experts.

6. Document with contact details of company or individual (address/email/phone)
