Organizational analysis The subject of this tender is the implementation of a comprehensive organizational analysis in the executive department of the President of the VBL. The aim of the service advertised here is a conceptual development for an optimized organizational structure in the President's board department. The chairwoman of the full-time board leads the VBL as president. As one of three full-time board members, she leads one of three board departments. The other two Departments include the core specialist areas of the VBL (Board A) and capital investment including IT (Board B). The President's board portfolio includes a wide range of tasks. In addition to the typical administrative cross-sectional aspects, there are also regulatory and Staff tasks located. As a result, there are a variety of interfaces both within the department and in the other two board areas of the VBL. The President's department currently takes up around a quarter of the total staff capacity the VBL and is made up of ten departments or staff units.
