An extensive renovation is being carried out at the Bad Kissingen sewage treatment plant under the construction project “Energy optimization/decarbonization of the sewage treatment plant”. The trade concerns the mechanical and concrete renovation of the lifting screws. The works are divided into the following sections: - 2026 week 20 dismantling of the screws and bearings - preparation and extension of the screws, regeneration of the bearings - expected October 2026 renovation of the concrete troughs (including bearing assembly) after consultation with the Awarding unit "Concrete renovation", the work should, if possible, be completed without the need for additional heating. - Assembly of the lifting screws and cold commissioning if possible before mid-December 2026. The work must be completed by the end of January 2027 be completed so that the electrical connection and final invoice can be completed by the end of February.
