For your scientific work, the Friedrich Schiller University Jena intends to purchase one (1) optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) for the characterization of photonic integrated circuits (PICs) in IR, which has the following technical features Must at least meet performance parameters. An optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) system for the spectral characterization of light sources and photonic integrated circuits (PICs) is to be procured as part of the LichtBriq project. The system is intended to enable measurements in the near (NIR) and mid-infrared (MIR) and to record both continuous and pulsed laser sources with high spectral resolution and high dynamic range.
