Tenders are invited for O&M Operator Service for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of the OMVG 225kV Interconnection Network

provide management, operation and maintenance services for all the facilities. - 1677 km of 225 kV lines, 15 225/33(30) kV substations, and 2 SCADA/Dispatching centers - forming the 225kV interconnection network of the OMVG distributed over the territory of the four (4) Member States of the Organization, including the transfer of knowledge, training, preparation of plans, guidelines and operation-maintenance procedures, and the progressive establishment and maintenance over a renewable period of five (5) years, of a organizational structure, technical and human resources required throughout the duration of this mission
