Opentext Software and Maintenance 2026-2028 Opentext Software and Maintenance 2026-2028 The IVZ - represented by rbb (Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg) - intends to procure software from the manufacturer Opentext and provide its support with a fixed term from October 1st, 2026 to July 31st, 2028. Leading in its own name and on behalf of the following public radio and television broadcasters in the Federal Republic of Germany: a) Those included in the ARD State broadcasting companies Bayerischer Rundfunk, Hessischer Rundfunk, Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk, Norddeutscher Rundfunk, Radio Bremen, Berlin-Brandenburg Radio, Saarland Radio, Südwestrundfunk, Westdeutscher Rundfunk. b) Second German Television c) Deutsche Welle, Deutschlandradio d) The legally independent companies and joint institutions that are majority owned by the institutions mentioned under a), b) and c) as joint debtors and joint creditors are awarded by the rbb for the conclusion of a contract for the procurement of data backup software and its support from the manufacturer Opentext.
