The existing school building in the district of Waldau is abandoned and adjacent to a new multifunctional education and recreational location, in which, in addition to the sixtic comprehensive school, the district library and the youth center are integrated. The existing sports hall, the censa and the so-called "Ottoneum" (music pavilion) should be renovated and integrated into the overall concept.
