The ATS of the Metropolitan City of Milan announces, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, open procedure above the community threshold aimed at acquiring Oracle subscriptions aimed at the ERP infrastructure migration project in the Cloud. The ATS of the Metropolitan Cityna of Milan (breviter also ATS Milan or Administration) carries out all the tender operations necessary to identify the economic operator to whom to entrust the supply covered by these Specifications for the satisfaction of its needs. The award byand the Administration will give life to the contractual relationship that will exist between the economic operator that will be suitable and the ATS of the Metropolitan City of Milan. The Contract that will be stipulated by the Parties following the award of this procedure, will correspond to the document namedinato Allegato 1 denominato "Oracle Cloud Services Agreement".
