The Italian Fencing Federation (hereinafter also "Federation" or "FIS"), in implementation of its own institutional purposes and in the field of activities aimed at promoting, enhancement and development of the image of fencing nationally and internationally, intends to make use of the support of an economic operator specialized in the sports marketing sector, in order to enhance the Management of marketing, sponsorship and strategic communication rights, in line with the growth objectives of the Italian shielded movement.
71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 (new public contracts code), through open procedure, for the selection of a qualified person to whom to entrust the assignment of strategic and operational consultancy on:
- integrated management of marketing rights in the sports field;
- development and management of the sponsorship and partnership area;
- processing and implementation of communication plans and digital marketing;
- Support to positioning the Federal Brand and the realization of sustainability, innovation and social responsibility projects.
The specification, together with the technical specifications and the tender documentation, defines the conditions, the requirements and the methods of participation in the procedure, as well as the criteria for the evaluation of the offers.
