The open procedure is aimed at the conclusion of framework agreements with an economic operator for each Lot, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, without reopening of competitive comparison, for the water, gas, LPG, district heating and energy meter reading serviceelectricity and any further product sectors, distributed throughout the territory managed by the Hera Group companies and specifically, HERAtech S.r.l., AcegasApsAmga S.p.A. and Marche Multiservizi S.p.A.
The expected duration is two years, starting from 01.04.2024 until 31.03.2026, without prejudice toas specified in the following point VI.3), letter d) of this notice. The contract is divided into n. 4 (four) lots.
