The award will take place through an open electronic procedure and with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to articles. 71 and 108 of the Public Contracts Code referred to in Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36 (hereinafter, Code). Therefore, without prejudice to the eligibility requirements, economic operators can participate in the procedure indicated in question by presenting specific offer.
