OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARDING OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO ART. 59 PARAGRAPH 3 LEGISLATIVE DECREE. N. 36/2023 CONCERNING THE MAKE-UP AND HAIRDRESSING SERVICE FOR THE SHOWS STAGED BY THE FOUNDATION IN THE 2026-2027 SEASONS Makeup and hairdressing for children shows staged by the Foundation in the 2026 and 2027 seasons With the Superintendent's Decision dated 9 July 2026, the Petruzzelli e Teatri di Bari Lyrical-Symphonic Foundation has decided to entrust a framework agreement pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 3 Legislative Decree. n. 36/2023 concerning the make-up and hairdressing service for the shows staged by the Foundation in the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The award will take place through an open telematic procedure and with application of the criterion of the most economically viable offer advantageous identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to articles. 71 and 108 of the Public Contracts Code referred to in Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36 (hereinafter, Code).
