OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARDING OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO ART. 59 PARAGRAPH 3 LEGISLATIVE DECREE. N. 36/2023 CONCERNING THE PROFESSIONAL TAILORING SERVICE AND ACCESSORY SERVICES FOR THE SHOWS STAGED BY THE FOUNDATION IN THE 2026-2027 SEASONS service of professional tailoring and ancillary services for the shows staged by the Foundation With the Superintendent's Decision dated 9 July 2026, the Petruzzelli e Teatri di Bari Lyrical-Symphonic Foundation has decided to entrust a framework agreement pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 3 Legislative Decree n. 36/2023 concerning the professional tailoring service and ancillary services for the shows staged by the Foundation in the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The assignment will take place through an open telematic procedure and with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to articles. 71 and 108 of the Public Contracts Code referred to in Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36 (hereinafter, Code). The identification of the economic operator awarded the service in question takes place through an open procedure as the characteristics of the reference market lead us to believe that a broad competitive comparison is preferable, taking into account of the fact that the art. 48 paragraph 1 of the Code, on the common rules applicable to sub-threshold contracts, recalls, alongside the principle of result, all the principles contained in Title I of Part I of the First Law...
