(hereinafter Code), divided into n. 2 lots, for the assignment of the maintenance service of the elevator systems installed at the Rai facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin. Service of operation and maintenance of the elevator systems installed at the Rai facilities in Rome and Naples Operation and maintenance service for elevator systems installed at the Rai facilities in Milan and Turin Maintenance service of elevator systems installed at the RAI facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin, for a basic duration of 36 months with the option of extension for a further 24 months to be exercised, even in fractions, for a maximum of n. 4 times, for the duration minimum of 6 months each, (maximum duration 60 months). The provision of the service concerns the ordinary maintenance (for a fee) and the extraordinary maintenance (on request) of the elevator systems (elevators, goods lifts and stairlifts) and the systems electrical devices serving them, installed at the Rai facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin.
