Open House procedure secondary prevention - “Healthy Back” offer The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive framework agreements for the provision of secondary prevention services in accordance with Section 43 Paragraph 1 No. 1 SGB V for the AOK PLUS offer “Healthy Back” - as part of a so-called “open house model”. AOK PLUS (hereinafter referred to as the client) provides its insured persons with the following offers as part of secondary prevention: “Healthy back”, “Exercise and Nutrition", "Nutritional advice" and "Mentally healthy". A separate announcement will be published for each of these offers. The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive framework agreements for the provision of services Secondary prevention in accordance with Section 43 Paragraph 1 No. 1 SGB V for the AOK PLUS “Healthy Back” offer. Every interested company that submits an application to participate within the participation period and meets the participation requirements will become one Framework agreement concluded. The purchase quantity is unknown when the framework agreement is concluded and depends in particular on the extent to which the client's insured persons make use of secondary prevention services. Minimum purchase quantities therefore cannot be guaranteed.
