The TK pursues the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V for the active ingredient combination formoterol_glycopyrronium_budesonide. The contract is concluded as part of the TK Open House Originals procedure: individual negotiations The contents of the contract are not kept, uniform conditions apply. TK does not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on January 1st, 2025. The contract ends on December 31, 2026 at the latest, regardless of the date the contract was concluded.
