Description: The assets involved pursue the aim of closing discount contracts according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs to the active substance Saquinavir. The conclusion of the contract takes place in the context of the open-house original procedure of the health insurance:
Individual negotiations on contract contents are not led, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee exclusivity individual contractors. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months beginning with 1.7.2021. The contract ends no later than 30.6, 2023, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents. In case of patenting before 30.6, 2023, the contract automatically ends with the expiration of the month of patent.
