Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8 of Book V of the Social Code on the following active ingredients / active ingredient combinations within the framework of a so-called open house procedure:
- Enoxaparin (B01AB05),

- Fulvestrant (L02BA03),

- Fusidic acid (D06AX01),

- Lipegfilgrastim (L03AA14),

- Macrogol combinations (A06AD65),

- Octreotide (H01CB02),

- Pyridostigmine (N07AA02),

- Tiotropium & Olodaterol (R03AL06).

All suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations under standard contractual conditions and a standardized access procedure.

The earliest contract start is March 1st, 2021. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months.
