Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8 of Book V of the Social Code on the following active ingredients / active ingredient combinations within the framework of a so-called open house procedure:

- dornase alfa (ATC R05CB13);

Filgrastim (ATC L03AA02);

- follitropin alfa (ATC G03GA05);

- Oxycodone & Naloxone (ATC N02AA55).

Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations.

The earliest contract start is October 1st, 2020. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months.
