The Government of the Republic of Chad has received a donation from the Bank World financerles activities for capacity building projectsustainable management of the oil sector and intends to use part of the Don to make the payments autitre contract a consulting firm for training from engineers, lawyers, economists, social etexperts financial specialists.

The deconsultant services ( "Services") include: skills assessment, design and m? Etting plande work of a training adapted to the expectations of the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in the fields of: (i) exploration and production; (ii) economic and financial management; (Iii) institutional assessment and legal training in support dveloppementptrolier.
