This preliminary information serves exclusively to carry out a market exploration in accordance with Section 28 (1) VGV to prepare a possible later procurement. However, a award procedure is not initiated by the implementation of this market exploration. As part of such a market survey, SiCh GIZ provide an overview of suitable archiving solutions for old data from SAP R/3 and SAP BW, since GIZ is currently not sufficient market knowledge about the companies to be available and potentially interested in the order to be awarded. Companies to oner Participation in this market survey are interested, so you are asked to announce your interest in the e-mail address mentioned. GIZ will then send a questionnaire to the company, which is then considered in the course of the market exploration.
Old data archive
In the future this should existE SAP R/3 and BW systems of GIZ are replaced by the S4Hana system landscape. As part of the replacement, the old data available in the old system must be archived in accordance with technical requirements, legal retention obligations, and data protection and information security compliant. In the current SAP-System uses GIZ an in-house application with non-standard tables that use different data modeling. A potential new solution must be able to map this data models correctly and reliably.
